Here’s our line up for Free Day of Yoga 2010 – check back often as the list will continue to grow!
Please arrive a few minutes before each class.
Some props are provided; bring a mat if you have one.
In order to get the most benefit from your class, please let your instructor know if you are working through an injury or pain; he or she may have specific poses or adjustments to help you.
7:00 – 8:00 AM
Rise & Shine with Helen Stutchbury @ Wimberley Fitness Company
- As Helen’s regulars will tell you, this early morning yoga class will wake you up and keep you feeling fresh and energetic throughout the day.
